Abstract

Moodle is the centrally supported eLearning platform at HKU.  This presentation outlines two initiatives on how the HKU Libraries capitalize on this platform to deliver training. The first initiative is the DOW tutorial, an information skills training open to all users. The second initiative is a library staff training programme on Turnitin.  This presentation aims to share the experience in shaping the design methodology and the learning objects of these two Moodle courses.
